The Lilac Realm is a small boutique wellness studio in beachside Daytona Beach, near the Seabreeze area, created for more personal, intimate experiences.

Our small class sizes mean you can feel comfortable, connected, and never lost in a crowd. We provide the essentials—including yoga mats and props—so you can simply show up and enjoy the experience.

Our offerings include sound baths, breathwork, meditation, restorative and gentle yoga, women’s circles, Reiki, Zen art, mindful creativity, journaling, and specialty wellness experiences.
