Welcome to The Lilac Realm: A Little Space to Come Back to Yourself

Life can get loud. The Lilac Realm is a small wellness studio in beachside Daytona Beach where you can step away from the rush, take a breath, and spend a little time caring for yourself.

You’ll find us at 539 N Oleander Ave. Our boutique space is designed for small classes that feel personal and welcoming. You don’t need experience, special clothes, or your own mat to get started. Come as you are.

What happens at The Lilac Realm?

Our classes bring together different ways to slow down, move gently, and connect with others. Offerings include sound baths, guided meditation, breathwork, restorative yoga, gentle stretching, creative workshops, and women’s circles.

Some days, you may want to lie down and listen to the sound of singing bowls. Other days, you may want to stretch, make something with your hands, or share space with people who understand that life feels full. There’s room for all of it here.

I’m Nicole Comenole, founder of Align Inside, and I’ll be sharing sound baths and meditation at The Lilac Realm alongside a growing group of instructors and practitioners. Each person brings their own style and experience, giving you the chance to find a class that feels right for you.

A space for teachers and practitioners, too

The Lilac Realm is growing, and we’d love to meet people who have something thoughtful to share with our community. If you teach gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, creative arts, women’s circles, or another practice that fits our welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear your idea.

You don’t need to fit into a set class format. A weekly class, a one-time workshop, or a special event could all find a home here. Tell us what you love to teach, who it’s for, and what you’d like participants to experience.
